Salted Caramel Sauce
1 tsp salt
200g heavy cream
- Pour the sugar in a pan and set on medium heat. Do not stir.
- When the sugar has melted, and is golden brown, add butter and stir with a whip.
- Add the cream and whip gently until combined.
- Heat for another five minutes.
- Pour the sauce into a jar and place in the fridge.
